PRODUCTION CYCLE

At the heart of our headquarters, the production cycle comes to life, working with precision and dedication to ensure the highest quality and confidentiality for each client. Guided by the creative spirit of our designers, we carefully select the finest materials and choose the type of machinery, whether manual or electronic, to create unique and inimitable garments.

Through a knitting process, our experts produce the best fabrics, which are then hand-processed in the mending department, where they are basted, washed, and ironed with care using traditional techniques or modern steam presses. Each step is overseen by experienced knitters who carefully evaluate the softness and quality of the fabrics.

In close collaboration with the designers, we define the measurements and processing methods, which can be carried out using specialized machinery or through artisanal fabric cutting. Once the knitting phase is complete, the fabrics are carefully checked and hand-assembled in the mending department, where they are precisely finished with “dot” stitching.

After further quality checks and washes, the garments undergo a final inspection using special “light dolls” to ensure perfection in every detail. The finishing phase follows, with the sewing of care and washing labels, also done strictly by hand, and finally the packaging of the finished product.
